Shared credentials
A credential is the key to an external provider. Agents and workflows reference it by name, without seeing the secret.
Providers

Which of these you see depends on your installation: not all external gateways are active everywhere.
Actions
The Administración > Credenciales (Administration > Credentials) section is not part of the standard preset: it appears only if Saptiva AI enabled it for your Client (Menus per Client). External providers (Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, S3) also have their own installation switch; without it you will only see InferNode and WhatsApp.
In Administración > Credenciales:
- Agregar credencial (Add credential): choose a provider and type the values. Studio validates them with the provider; if the provider rejects them, you will see "El proveedor rechazó las credenciales" (The provider rejected the credentials).
- Editar (Edit): to change the secret, type the new value; leave the field blank to keep the current one. This is how you rotate a secret.
- Compartir con (Share with) the organization, or Quitar de (Remove from) it.
- Hacer predeterminada (Make default): the credential that new agents of that provider use.
- Eliminar (Delete): the credential is no longer available to agents, workflows, and shared uses.
Deleting cannot be undone. Agents and workflows that used the credential move to Requiere atención (Needs attention). To rotate a secret without interrupting anything, use Editar instead of deleting it and creating another one.
