States and lifecycle
An agent is born Publicado (Published): it's available from the first moment for the test chat and for workflows. There's no publishing step as there is for workflows.

| Publicado | Available for use in workflows. | Nothing. |
| Pausado (Paused) | It exists but doesn't respond. | Reactivate it when appropriate. |
| Requiere atención (Needs attention) | Something in its configuration stopped working (a deleted credential, an unavailable model). | Open the agent and check the model and credentials. |
| Permisos requeridos (Permissions required) | It uses a tool or workflow with unauthorized external actions. | Open the agent and authorize them. |
| Archivado (Archived) | Out of use, but kept. | Restore it if you need it. |
The sharing states, Privado (Private), Compartiendo (Sharing), and Compartido por (Shared by), are independent: they describe who can run the agent, not whether it works.
