Publish a workflow

A workflow does not run until it is published. Publishing creates a numbered version; afterwards you can keep editing the draft, and the published version stays active until you click Publicar cambios (Publish changes).

Steps

  1. In the editor, click Publicar versión (Publish version), or Publicar cambios if there is already a version.
  2. If Studio shows "Hay conexiones sin configuración completa. Revísalas en la pestaña Canales" (Some connections are not fully configured. Review them in the Canales tab), finish configuring the channel and try again.
  3. To remove it from production, use Despublicar (Unpublish).

Lifecycle

While you edit, the draft and the published version coexist: the header shows PUBLICADO V5 (Published V5) and the cambios sin publicar (unpublished changes) notice until you click Publicar cambios. Runs in production always use the latest published version.
